I have been going to the casino in Mississippi called the silver slipper casino. I have played their many months and very well known their. I was just banned from the premises on 02/13/2017 giving no reason or explanation on why I was being banned. I was asleep in the casino hotel and was awakened from a knock at the door and I was told to come step outside and they read to me a statement of being banned. I was clueless and didn't understand what was going on. I have never done anything wrong or never taken from the establishment or anything that could have me banned. I was treated like a criminal and with no respect at all. I have been loyal and a good standing customer and guest. I feel this is wrong on them because I was a 3rd card holder and I was working on my diamond level. I don't understand how you can be banned from the casino for no wrong doing and they just stating they don't want my business anymore. What can I do?

Didnt the statement they read to you say why? File a complaint with the gaming commission, practice with no money stakes, and go elswehre.

The casino must have some rationale for the decision. Remember, the casino loves loyal, godd standing guests. Ask for an explanation in writing and then if warranted, file a complaint with the Gaming Commission. Best of luck.
